The USB-RS232 adapter is an additional RS232 interface for laptops and PCs. By connecting the USB-RS232 adapter to a PC, laptop or hub, a serial communication port is added to the system. The USB RS232 Adapter Cable allows you to connect a RS232 device to computers that no longer have a serial port.
The USB-RS232 adapter cable is automatically recognized when plugged into the USB port . No IRQ or COM port conflicts occur because the port does not require any additional IRQ, DMA or memory resources from the system. Power is supplied directly from the USB interface. The USB RS232 adapter works perfectly with the KEIL µVision3 development software.
