Our intelligent sysWORXX CTR-850 controller is your solution for advanced connectivity and bespoke field integration, featuring an integrated LTE modem. It is an innovative, Linux-based compact controller designed for the universal processing of standard industrial signals. Just as fast and powerful as the sysWORXX CTR-800, it can be integrated into applications in no time at all.

What makes the CTR-850 special is that it already features a wide range of interfaces for sensors, such as PT100, PT1000, NTC, analogue inputs for 0–10 V/0–20 mA, and analogue outputs for 0–10 V/0–20 mA. In addition, our CTR-850 offers two independent Ethernet interfaces for separate networks and an LTE interface. It is also designed for minimal energy consumption – ideal for efficient industrial IoT applications.

As a freely programmable compact Linux controller for automation and digitalisation, it offers you the simplest possible application development in all common high-level programming languages such as C/C++, Rust, C# (.NET Core), Java and Python.

The CTR-850 can also be programmed as a PLC in accordance with IEC 61131-3 using the CODESYS programming environment. For a straightforward start, even for non-IT specialists, the low-code environment Node-RED is ready to use straight away. Thanks to standard protocols such as MQTT and REST, the CTR module is ready for use with all common cloud providers.

Connection to cloud or IoT platforms directly from the field is enabled by the integrated LTE modem. Application-specific data can be aggregated with ease via numerous local inputs and outputs as well as versatile communication interfaces. Our sysWORXX CTR-850 thus takes condition monitoring directly on-site in the field to a whole new level.
