Certification at SYS TEC electronic AG

We demonstrate the effectiveness of our quality management system with certifications based on DIN EN ISO 9001 and DIN EN ISO 14001 from TÜV PROFiCERT Hessen. The ISO 9001 quality management standard is the most widely used and most important standard in quality management both nationally and internationally.

With the environmental management standard ISO 14001, we also fulfil recognised requirements for systematic and effective environmental management. We are therefore particularly pleased about our renewed certification in accordance with the current DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and DIN EN ISO 14001:2015 standards.

Reporting security vulnerabilities

At SYS TEC electronic, we attach great importance to the security of our products. Nevertheless, it is generally recognised that no product or customer system can be 100% secure - regardless of how much effort is invested in product security. SYS TEC electronic wants to be informed of any potential security issues affecting our products so that we can take the necessary steps to address them promptly. SYS TEC electronic's Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT) oversees the process of receiving and handling reports of potential security vulnerabilities affecting our products, including hardware, software and documentation.

The Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) of SYS TEC electronic AG performs this task for internal issues and our website.
