A controller for efficient pre-assembly that’s our sysWORXX CTR-810

Quick installation and replacement in the field without any wiring errors

sysWORXX CTR-810

Make it child’s play for your technicians and operators to replace field devices with our sysWORXX CTR-810.
This alternative version of our Linux-based compact controller is fully compatible with the sysWORXX CTR-800 and also features Molex Micro Clasp connectors for quick-release connection of all local inputs and outputs, as well as communication interfaces via mating connectors. The detachable connectors enable efficient pre-assembly of the connection cables (cable harness).

Our CTR-810 offers two independent Ethernet interfaces for separate networks. It is also designed for minimal energy consumption – ideal for efficient industrial IoT applications.

As a freely programmable compact Linux controller for automation and digitalisation, it offers you the simplest possible application development in all common high-level programming languages such as C/C++, Rust, C# (.NET Core), Java and Python. The CTR-810 can also be programmed as a PLC in accordance with IEC 61131-3 using the CODESYS programming environment. For an easy start, even for non-IT specialists, the low-code environment Node-RED is ready to use straight away. Thanks to standard protocols such as MQTT and REST, the CTR module is ready for use with all common cloud providers.

This module is particularly suitable for use with pre-assembled cable harnesses and for installation by untrained personnel. This enables you to carry out a complete replacement of your devices on site in the shortest possible time.
