A breath of fresh air on the board of SYS TEC electronic AG | News
Ronald Sieber and Dirk Bause had served together on the Executive Board of SYS TEC electronic AG for five years. On 31 December 2023, Dirk Bause handed over his position on the Executive Board to Tobias Paschke. During his tenure, he made a lasting impact not only through his outstanding professional expertise and dedicated commitment, but also through his personality and humanity. Dirk Bause will remain with us as an authorised signatory and Head of Technology at SYS TEC electronic.
We are delighted to welcome Tobias Paschke as a new member of the Executive Board with effect from 1 January 2024. Tobias Paschke is 41 years old and holds a degree in electrical engineering. He has already gained over 15 years’ valuable experience in the electronics industry and brings a breath of fresh air to the team. He is no stranger to us, having previously been part of our team from 2011 to 2019. Since 2019, Tobias Paschke has held a key role at an internationally active electronics service provider. “I am absolutely delighted to be returning, as I now once again have direct access to both development and production, both of which are conveniently based in-house here. I’m looking forward to working together again and to the benefits of being able to tackle challenges directly within the local team. Of course, I’ll also be drawing on my experience in international business,” says Tobias Paschke.
The new board member sees SYS TEC electronic AG’s potential primarily in its highly skilled staff, who form a well-coordinated team and possess outstanding specialist knowledge. His personal goals include not only getting up to speed quickly with the business, but above all promoting stability, the local network and sustainable growth. We look forward to a fruitful and pleasant collaboration and wish Tobias Paschke every success as he takes on his new responsibilities.
