Böblingen Automation Meet-up – A Review | News
After numerous online trade fairs and even more online meetings, we were finally able to kick off our 2022 trade fair season once again with an in-person event.
We were guests at the Automatisierungstreff in Böblingen and took part as exhibitors in the Industry 4.0 Marketplace. This brings together companies from various hardware and software sectors with the shared aim of offering bespoke full-stack solutions through collaboration within the network. As the event was cancelled last year, we were represented this time in the teams for two innovative technology demonstrators.
Using specific use cases – ‘Process optimisation through retrofitting and end-to-end data integration’ and ‘IloT Framework’ – the demonstrators show how the combined core competencies of SYS TEC electronic AG and its partners SQL Projekt AG, ZEROdefects GmbH, manaTec GmbH, Inasoft GmbH and qbee AS, have resulted in fantastic joint projects that fully exploit the potential of the IoT.
But that’s not all: we at SYS TEC electronic, together with our partner SQL Projekt, were keen to share our knowledge and expertise during the workshop held as part of the Automatisierungstreff. The theme ‘Creating digital added value!’ provided a comprehensive overview of the various facets of digitalisation. Using a guide and practical exercises, we showed our participants how to successfully overcome the initial hurdles. This allowed us to address each participant’s specific topics on a very individual basis and put them into practice during the in-depth practical session. It was clear to see how much fun everyone involved had trying out our sysWORXX CTR-700, enabling each participant to bring their own demonstrator to life in a relatively short space of time.
We can look back on three exciting days in Böblingen. The discussions and networking have shown us once again just how important face-to-face connections are – and how much we’ve missed them.
