What sets you apart

• You have successfully completed vocational training as an electronics technician or comparable training
• Ideally, you have previous knowledge of selective soldering and hand soldering
• You have practical experience in assembling printed circuit boards
• You are open to familiarising yourself with your new tasks
• Handling standard tools and keeping the workplace tidy are a matter of course for you
• You have a good technical understanding
• You are quality-conscious and enjoy working in a team
• You are willing to work in shifts

These are your tasks (depending on your qualifications, you will work in the THT or SMD area)

• Operation of a THT selective soldering system
• Creating selective soldering programmes
• Carrying out machine maintenance
• Independent reading of assembly drawings
• Preparing THT components mechanically or manually
• Assembling components according to drawing specifications
• Manual soldering of THT components
• Assembling printed circuit boards with SMD components
• Setting up SMD placement machines, solder paste printers & reflow ovens
• Operating the SMD line incl. troubleshooting
• Setting up feeders according to parts list
• Checking work results according to required quality standards, e.g. IPC-A-610
  - Printing results
  - Placement results
  - Soldering results
• Material handling in compliance with ESD, MSL, FIFO regulations
