In 2018, SYS TEC electronic’s production capacity at its site in Heinsdorfergrund, near Reichenbach in the Vogtland region, was expanded once again. This expansion now enables the long-established company to offer pure assembly services on a larger scale.
The electronics service provider SYS TEC electronic has been developing bespoke electronics solutions for customers across a wide range of industries for around 30 years. Since 2006, the devices it has developed have been manufactured in-house in its own purpose-built production facility. This enables the company to offer customers a comprehensive, end-to-end service, from the initial idea through development to series production.
The production expansion in 2018 included the commissioning of a second SMD assembly line – from paste printing with an integrated dispenser and automatic paste inspection, through automatic placement machines, to the reflow oven. In addition, storage capacity was expanded with paternoster systems and dry storage cabinets with a nitrogen atmosphere. Humidity monitoring of the cabinets and the recording of further process parameters are carried out using IoT devices. A modern selective soldering machine, an additional in-circuit tester (ICT) and various assembly and test workstations were among the new acquisitions.
These investments have enabled SYS TEC electronic to expand its service portfolio and offer targeted contract assembly services to the market.
