Workshop description
Digitalisation projects regularly fail due to unmanageable complexity, a lack of alignment amongst all stakeholders towards a common goal, or a missing or poorly communicated digitalisation and corporate strategy. And even once these prerequisites have been met, the right specialists still need to be brought on board.
In the workshop, we’ll start by assessing our current position together, follow the AGILE INTEGRATION FRAMEWORK methodology right through to the implementation of your use case using theTRANSCONNECT® low-code integration platform and the sysWORXX CTR‑700 edge devices, and conclude the first iteration with a retrospective. All in just a few hours, in fast-forward. Always focusing on the three key elements: data, systems and processes.
Objective
The aim of the workshop is to raise awareness that agile principles and methods are also ideally suited to and have been thoroughly tested in digitalisation and integration projects. Whilst thoroughly analysing a task is part of the art of engineering, it reaches its limits when dealing with complex issues and is too cumbersome. With the framework of methods taught in the workshop – which anyone can apply themselves, even without us – you’ll start small and achieve great results – but you’ll get started and be one step ahead of your competitors!

Ronald Sieber has been Chief Executive of SYS TEC electronic AG since 2019. Prior to this, he gained more than 25 years’ development experience in the field of embedded systems, control systems and fieldbuses. With the sysWORXX series, SYS TEC electronic offers a family of devices for communication and control tasks, with the aim of making machines ‘readable’.
