The sysWORXX SRN-300 is a radio development component for the connection of sensors and actuators to Wirepa's mesh networks, which scores with a battery life of up to 3 years. The abbreviation "SRN" stands for Short Range Radio Node. The radio interface is a consistent further development of Meshnet technology towards industrial applications.
The sysWORXX SRN-300 contains a control function in addition to the transmit function. Due to digital outputs via bistable relays, states can be stored and actuators can be controlled. Depending on its use as a mobile node or as an anchor node in a network, the node can be operated in parallel via battery or via a 24V connection.
Operating data can be read out via the NFC interface for fast configuration of the device and for querying statuses.
Suitable for direct connection of sensors and actuators via software stack activation only takes place when required
very long battery life (1 to 3 years)
No dependence on individual physical machine parameters
Simplified commissioning thanks to 4 LEDs for displaying the device status can be used for DIN top hat rail mounting
