Prototypes are major milestones in the development of your new ideas and products. They form the basis for checks and improvements, which in turn are the basis for a product ready for production. This step is therefore an important prerequisite for optimised series production. As a result, the production equipment can be matched to the assemblies being produced and the manufacturability of our customers’ possible designs can be checked.

The production of a prototype also requires close cooperation between the electronics production staff and those of the development department. Therefore, communication between these two departments at SYS TEC electronic is particularly close.

In our in-house production, we assemble your prototypes and subject them to comprehensive functional testing. After commissioning, the functional, design and application-related requirements are verified. For example, shock and vibration tests, temperature and climatic tests in the climatic chamber and the verification of IP protection classes (durability in relation to environmental influences) are carried out.

The functional safety of electronic assemblies is becoming increasingly important and requires a distinct level of experience and expertise. This means that even during the development process, it must be ensured that the requirements of these are met. Our well-trained and, most importantly, experienced team oversees your project with regard to the safety requirements and advises you on the applicable standards.

It goes without saying that throughout the entire process, EMC measurements are carried out during development to ensure that your devices comply with the applicable EMC standards and guidelines.
