For 29 years now, the name SYS TEC electronic stands for high-quality electronic services from the Vogtland region. The founder, shareholder and long-standing managing director Dipl.-Phys. Siegmar Schmidt has built up the GmbH over almost three decades into a strong, medium-sized company. With 130 employees and a turnover of 17.5 million Euro in 2018, the company has grown strongly in the last three years.
CEO Dipl.-Ing. Ronald Sieber: "The conversion of our legal form opens up new opportunities for growth and investment for us".
"The main task for us is to adapt and consolidate our internal structures to growth," adds Dipl.-Ing. Dirk Bause, member of the Board of Management.
The new Executive Board is holding fast to the company's very successful orientation in recent years: development services and production are still united under one roof. SYS TEC electronic will continue to work with customers to design and successfully implement the entire product lifecycle from the specification phase to series production.
In addition, the company strategy will be continuously expanded. This pursues the goal of opening up additional sales markets. In the future, we will market Internet of Things (IoT) solutions and our own sysWORXX brand products even more strongly in order to strengthen the company's other mainstays in addition to the service sector. In doing so, SYS TEC electronic relies on the experience gained over the past decades. "SYS TEC electronic has been dealing with the technologies that form the basis for IoT today for more than 10 years. We use this knowledge to bring sophisticated and high-quality solutions onto the market," says Ronald Sieber.
