sysWORXX Automation Series - CANopen I/O devices

The sysWORXX I/O modules are very compact and cost effective CANopen remote I/O extensions featuring a high density of industrial proven IOs. The modules come ready-to-deploy including all connectors, plugs and cables. Extensive internal diagnostic routines are implemented to ensure a most reliable and safe operation. The sysWORXX I/O modules implement CANopen slave devices according to CANopen communication profile CiA 301 with device profiles CiA 401 and CiA 404.


CANopen IO–X1    16DI/8DO


IO configuration:
  • Digital outputs:
    8 channels, 24VDC / 500mA high side switches with short circuit protection (covered by CANopen Emergency message)
  • Digital inputs:
    16 channels, 24VDC galvanic isolated, 4 channels share same ground


CANopen IO–X2    24DI


IO configuration:
  • Digital inputs:
    24 channels
    24VDC
    galvanic isolated
    4 channels share one common ground


CANopen IO–X3    24DO


IO configuration:
  • Digital outputs:
    24 channels
    24VDC / 500mA
    high side switches with short circuit protection (covered by Emergency message)

  • 8 analog output channels
    each configurable as 0 ... +10V or 4..20mA

CANopen IO–X7    8 Temp In Thermocouple


IO configuration:
  • 8 inputs for Thermocouple sensors
  • Each channel separately configurable for type E,J,K,L,R,S,T
  • Resolution 12-bit (optional 14-bit)
  • Accuracy ±0,2K
  • Each channel state is indicated via LEDs
